Mindful Paths Beliefs

  • It makes more sense to prevent disease from happening to us then wait for our bodies to get sick, and then try to heal.
  • Stress management, exercise, rest and good nutritional habits can help us fight off major disease such as depression, cancer, stroke and heart attacks.
  •  It takes commitment and a willingness to change to have a major effect on our ability to heal ourselves.
