Specializing in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, breathing techniques and deep relaxation for dealing with stress.

 

New MBSR program beginning Monday, October 28th

 

  • 2 hour sessions from 6-8pm, every Monday until December 16th

 

  • Includes initial consultation, audio recordings and at-home worksheets

 

  • Special program price: $240
