New office location in Manchester!

Mindful Paths has now expanded to beautiful Manchester, Vermont - just 30 minutes from Bennington. Located at 114 Cemetery Avenue right near downtown, this historic building known as "The Maples" and was built in the late 1800's. The Maples is right across from the Manchester Community Library, which was it's original location prior to being moved across the way. 


Mindful Paths Beliefs

  • It makes more sense to prevent disease from happening to us then wait for our bodies to get sick, and then try to heal.
  • Stress management, exercise, rest and good nutritional habits can help us fight off major disease such as depression, cancer, stroke and heart attacks.
  •  It takes commitment and a willingness to change to have a major effect on our ability to heal ourselves.
